Education Team
- Provides constitutional education to legal practitioners, including lawyers, public defenders, and military judge advocates
- Provides legal education to the Constitutional Court staff, law students, and others
- Develops textbooks and teaching methods
Planning and Administration Division
- Makes and amends the bylaws for the Institute
- Handles the onsite operation and management of the library
- Coordinates and implements all administrative matters associated with the educational training and the trainees
