The 10th International Symposium of the Constitutional Research Institute will be held under the theme of “Constitutional Adjudication: Past, Present and Future.”

For the symposium, the Honorable Han-Cheol PARK, former President of the Constitutional Court of Korea, will deliver his keynote speech.

Moreover, distinguished professors Angelika Nußberger(Germany), Richard Albert(Canada) will participate in the symposium as speakers. Each speaker will provide an in-depth presentation on constitutional adjudication and tasks ahead in those countries.

I hope that this International Symposium will provide us with comparative understanding and new perspectives on constitutional adjudication and serve as a meaningful exchange of scholastic research that will further the development of constitutional adjudication.
